carb loading and amount of carbs in each meal
ok guys..pls enlighen me on this..lets say a person weighs 145pounds,and he carb loads for the final 3 days before a show, being carb depleted for 3 days prior, he figures his carb intake will be around 4g per pound of bodyweight, does he calculate using 145pounds or the new weight he is at? as he may lose 2-4 pounds during the carb depleteion phase..and lets say he figured his carbs will be around 580g..on wednesday, he went through his decarb workout and finished by 10am..he starts carb loading..should he carb load throughout the day? until he goes to bed? or stop loading before 6pm(which is quite impossible to get in 580g of carbs!) and if he were to load till he goes to bed..it would be an average of 72g of carbs per meal...being that he load up everry 2 hrs..is this too much carbs for the body to process at one time???how would you do it?
