thats only 2 grams (1000mg=1g) for a cutting diet, guys on here use between 50-100 g depending on the day. you need to up the dose from that.
That's why the oil is better than the caps. WHo wants to down 15 capsules at a time?
Caps suck.

How do you guys take this stuff? I bought a big bottle of it, I tried just mixing it(1tbsp) in with a proteing shake, and almost puked...Am I just a big wimp, or is there a trick to make this stuff go down easier?

its an efa(essential fatty acid) its a healthy fat like olive oil or almonds. Its not a supplement its just oil thats good for you when used in a solid diet.Originally Posted by dirtybrit55
