do cardio 3 times a week while bulking. . if your diet is straight you wont put on too much fat
how much cardio do u recommend each time? or should i just keep my heart rate up (65%) for 25-30 mins?Originally Posted by dalcowbag
Post your sound dietary plan of attack before you start any cycle. Makes no sense to waste gear when your diet is all over the place.
