Just wondering how many of you bro's still do cardio on your cheat day while cutting???? I'm thinking it would be counterproductive as you would do your 45-55 min of cardio in the a.m. on empty stomach and then start cheating, right?? Well then you are just adding back fat, carbs and all that after you just burned fat right?? So doesnt that sound weird? Or are you still getting some use out of teh cardio on cheat days???![]()
