DITCH THE OATS, EGGS AND OTHERS LOOK ALRIGHT, BUT A BETTER APPROACH IMHO IS WHEY AND FLAX(U WAN SOME EASILY ABSORBED MEAL HERE)
Meal 2: 1 scoop of whey protein and 1 can of tuna with mustard.
ADD IN SOME EFA'S
Meal 3: 8 0z of chicken breast, veggies and almonds (14g)
LOOKS GOOD

Meal 4: PWO within 15 minutes
2:1 RATIO OF CARBS TO PROTEIN
Meal 5: 2 cans of tuna with mustard and almonds (14g)
LOOKS ALRIGHT
Meal 6: 2 scoops of whey and almonds (14g)
