i'm starting my natural diuretic tomorrow..will be using dandelion root and vitamin B6. i know it should be spread out throughtout the day,preferably 3 meals..but what dosages of each should i run..?? the dandelion i have is 500mg per capsule and B6 is 100mg per tablet
