Construct a diet now but with a few more calories obviously, do some calculations and see what you need to gain lean mass. Post it up here and we will rip it apart.

As for the AAS, w/ Test E make sure you watch sodium, and use l-dex & nolva daily and I am sure your bloat will be minimal. A lot of good bros who are advising me on my 1st cycle have told me bloat is almost non existant if you do those things. Good luck and get that diet in check before you begin.... like dalcowbag gear won't do jack $hit for you if your diet sucks.

Then eat clean and use the proper anti-es for water retention and you won't. You might want to throw in some cardio once in a while too just to make sure you keep the fat off. Good luck man

you said aas are crap without a good diet. i am so sick of bulking and was wondering if you can run test enth on a clean maintenance diet or do i really need the surplus calories for it to reallly benefit?

That is a tough question.... who knows what your body will do on AAS. How do you respond to maintenance calories naturally? Can you gain strength/muscle at all ??

Cardio was my key, from Jan-March I strickened up on my dieting, I was tired of having size but not having a 6 pack(that was my ultimate goal) and the cuts. March-May I began hittin the gym at 6:30am and sweated myself out. June I started clen, I believe its only icing on the cake. It makes me wonder why some guys at the gym I know mega dose clen/t3 and all the other cutter uppers, and I never see any results. They eat like FatPigs.....

as you know, most girls you would go out with could really give a shiet how much you can curl, but when it comes down to takin the shirt off this summer I dont care how big anyones traps are, it doesnt compliment the fata$$ gut, lol.

It is usually a benefit to have a surplus of calories as your bodies nitrogen levels are balanced out and you can use protein more often.
