    need a diet

    hey guys just started my cycle of sust. Im 6'1 200 lbs age 29 Im trying to bulk up id like to be around 220-225 could someone lay me out a diet. tahnks for your time also is grilled hamburger meat and say bread ok.

    ya bro you have to give us a layout that we can help you with. Noone is just gonna give you a diet. Its not that simple.

    meal 1

    2 scoops whey
    2 packs plain oats

    meal2

    1 1/2 cans tuna
    2 tbs olive oil
    veggies

    meal3

    6oz chicken breast
    2 tbs olive oil
    veggies

    meal 4

    2tbs natty pb
    8 eggwhites

    meal 5

    pwo 40g whey dextrose 80 g carbs dexstrose

    meal 6
    ppwo

    1 1/2 cups rice
    1 can tuna
    veggies

    meal 7

    2 scoops whey
    2 tbs flaxseed oil

    carbs=332g protein= 272g fats=102g
    kcals= 3200aprox.

    i couldnt help it. I feel for pple that ask for diets sometimes because i remember when i first joined AR i was so clueless that i wish someone had given me a diet. But nothing is more useful then the SEARCH button. Its a life saver sometimes.
