drink a coffee during the day with 2 cream and splenda ? is im sorta following the sticky diet ?

As long as the cream has no sugar in it (the artifical ones) and maybe a gram of fat or two, I don't see an issue with it. Personally I drink coffee black w/ 1 packet of splenda. I like it better. but yea you'll be fine with that. Just don't drink ten cups.
