Well to start off i am 5'7" and weight about 200 pounds. I am at about 15-18% bodyfat. I came off a dbol and test bulker a couple of months ago and have added some fat. Now i am looking to cut but without steroids this time. I plan on doing an 8 week cutter with clen/eca alternating 2 weeks on clen and 2 weeks on eca. i plan on doing 45 minutes of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach 4 times a week and lifting 4 times a week. Also following a strict diet. This what i have come up with so far:
~CARDIO~
Meal 1:
3 Eggs
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 slice of American Cheese
NEED LOTS MORE PROTEIN HERE MAN. . USE 8-10 EGG WHITES WITH THE OLIVE OIL AND DROP THE CHEESE
Meal 2:
2 Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup Brown Rice
GET RIDE OF THE RICE HERE AND SAVE IT FOR MEAL 4. . .ALSO ADD A FAT HERE
~WORKOUT~
Meal 3:
PWO Shake with Maltodextrin powder
DO YO HAVE DEXTROSE ALSO??
Meal 4:
2 Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup Broccoli
ADD THAT CUP OF RICE HERE
Meal 5:
Slow-Release Protien Shake with Flax Seed Oil GOOD
