u can buy pasturized egg whites they come in a carton. just look at ur local grocery store they should sell them. or if u have whole eggs just throw out the yolk and dump the egg white into a panQuote:

The ones in the cartons are expensive but worth it in prep time. You can add pepper tabasco and then some fat free cheese and make an omlete. I think the cartons are equvilant to 8 egg whites which they say has 50g protien. You can also add lean ground beef or lean steak, onions, green peppers etc. Good S**T!

Or if you're not a pussy in the kitchen you can seperate your own whites. Crack an egg so that the two halves of the shell are roughly the same size. Hold them over a bowl and pass the yolk from one shell to the other. After three or four passes, the white will slip out of the shells into the bowl. Takes all of 3 seconds.
