just finished a cutter...refer to member cycle results if u wanna know more...but just thought I'd add that its amazing how during the cutting process, I did not depend on protein powders at all (oops! sup companies will wanna kick ma @$$)..i mean..logic was to eat whole foods that promoted elevated metabolism... worked like crazy..lost about 30 lbs of pure fat and lost virtually no muscle!!! (in fact, may have gained 2-5 lbs).
any feedback appreciated
