I'm trying to add 10 lbs of lean muscle over 3 months using a fina/winny cycle with test alongside.
My diet comes up with around 4000 calories per day: 41% protein, 21% carb and 37% fat.
I'm 6'3", 215lbs, 8% BF and lift 4x per week plus 2-3 sessions of ice hockey per week.
Is this the right number of calories and the right mix?
