I can figure out the nutritional values pretty easy using
www.nutritiondata.com (give you an entire summary of your days intake) so I didn't bother to post the diet. But here goes:
1 protein shake, banana, flax oil, cranberry juice (for fina)
GET RID OF THE BANANA, CRANBERRY JUICE, AND THE FLAX. USE PROTEIN SHAKE/EGG WHITES/OATMEAL HERE. IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT KIDNEY'S FROM THE FINA (WHICH THERE ARE NO STUDIES THAT PROVE IT DAMAGES YOUR KIDNEYS) THEN USE CRANEBRRY EXTRACT FROM A HEALTH STORE.
2 scrambled eggs, oatmeal, peanut butter
GET RID OF THE OATMEAL, ADD MORE PROTEIN AND KEEP THE PB. MAKE SURE IT IS NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER.
3 chicken or tuna, salad w olive oil, cottage cheese with fruit
NIX THE FRUIT.... REST LOOKS OK
4 protein shake, flax oil
GOOD
5 tuna or chicken, brown rice
NO NEED FOR CARBS HERE.... GET RID OF THEM. ADD A HEALTHY FAT INSTEAD OF THE RICE
6 gatorade (post-workout)
PROTEIN IS NEEDED HERE TOO. USE A 2:1 RATIO OF CARBS TO PROTEIN. ALSO DEXTROSE IS A BETTER CHOICE THAN GATORADE, BUT IF THAT'S ALL THAT IS AVAILABLE IT IS BETTER THAN NOTHING.
7 beef, green veg
MAKE SURE IT IS LEAN BEEF, AND ADD THAT BROWN RICE WE TOOK OUT OF MEAL 5 TO THIS MEAL.
8 protein shake, flax oil, cranberry
NO CRANBERRY JUICE HERE EITHER.... USE EXTRACT AGAIN. WHEY/FLAX IS GOOD BEFORE BED
