Just changed up my bulking diet that i started about 3 weeks ago. I added Beef and more chicken in the place of some protein shakes. My weight is 220, now my diet is at 3881 cals., with 430 g protein,286 g carbs, and...107 g fat per day. I was wondering is the 107g fat to much? If it is i guess ill have to put MORE chicken in place of the beef. Right??
