I WOULDN'T TAKE THE CLEN THIS LATE IN THE DAY.... IT MIGHT KEEP YOU UP

NEED FAT - ADD A SLOW DIGESTING EFA HERE LIKE FLAX
*Steak or Fish can substitute the Chicken breast.
FISH IS FINE. MAKE SURE IF YOU USE STEAK IT IS LEAN.
