    peanut butter and jelly

    what do u all think about the old PB and jelly??

    i know peanut butter is kinda fattening, but it has a lot of protein..jelly has some sugar but not that that much....

    would u all consider pb and jelly clean or a cheat meal type food?

    Bread is processed, jelly is ALL sugar, and you then add fat.

    ya i would def eat that as a cheat meal. Even on a cheat meal i would eat that with Natty pb it tastes better iMO.

    **** I don't want PB in my house though. I think I am going to eat a serving or two then give it away lol. Maybe my friend who is bulking will get more use outa it.

    PBJ's aren't the best nutritionally, but I usually have one a day on whole wheat w/ sugar free jelly and low carb/natty PB while bulking... The carb/fat content is undesirable, but it hasn't caused me to fatten up too much.

    Sugar free jelly & natty PB on low carb bread & low carb milk are awesome on cheat days. Hell sometimes on regular days I'll have a low carb tortilla & natty pb w/ sugar free jelly and a protein shake. It is a nice treat and it's really not cheating if you think about it

    ok im just gonna stop reading this thread b4 i go raid my fridge clean of Natty Pb and Jelly. I sometimes personally dip some celery into my Natty Pb jar inbetween meals if im really feeling hungry.
