Bulkin help
K bros time to bulk up

cardio 3x45mins brisk walk or bike ride in morn
workout 5 days a week
Meal 1: 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs
1 slice turkey ham
1/8cups full fat cheese
1/2 cups oats
Meal 2: 1 can tuna
1 serving almonds
1 MRP(39gs pro, 24g's carb, 2gs fat)
workout
pwo: 1scoop dextros, 2scoops protein(allthewhey)
ppwo: chicken and rice in cream of mushroom soup
meal 5: 5oz steak(hamburger every other day)
1 Banana
English muffin with jam
Meal 6: turkey sandwich (4 slices turkey, 2 slices protein enriched wheat bread, 1 tsp full fat mayo)
Maybe another MRP here?
Bedtime: 2 scoops protien, 1 tsp olive oil (its disgusting I know, only till I get my flax, not much better though, lol)
Hopin to put on around 15-20lbs
