Ok, so i'm about 2wks into my cutting diet and I'm starting to see some results, but i'm curious to know what you guys think of this:
AM Cardio 45 mins
m1: 2 Tbsp Natty PB, 1 Chicken Breast
m2: 1 oz Almonds, 1 Chicken breast
m3: 2 Scoops ON Whey Prot, 1 tbsp flax
-Workout-
PWO: 2 Scoops ON Whey, 80g Dex
m5: Either Lean Steak or Chicken, 1/2 Cup Brown Rice, Spinach
m6: 2 Scoops Whey, 1 Tbsp Flax
So far things have been going pretty well, energy levels have stayed up and I make sure to get 8-10hours of sleep a night.
