Should I add Red Meat in My bulking Diet?
Ok bros ive been pretty much eating the same foods for the past few months now. Eventhough ive changed my focus from cutting to bulking i still havent inccorporated any red meat in my diet. Basically i havent eating any beef in the past few months. I was wondering if this could be a factor affecting Test levels. I know fat helps with Test levels but i also heard Red meat does aswell. What do you bros think? Should i add some beef in my bulking diet? Right now my sources of protein are chicken breast, tuna, eggwhites, and protein shakes.:unsure:
