Where to buy dextrose??

i've heard everyone talk about adding dextrose to their protein shakes. where can you buy it? is it avaliable at a grocery store? also, how much do you add to a protein shake??

also you want it PWO with some whey a 2:1 CARB:PRO ration.

example. 1/2 cup of Dex is about 75 grams of carbs

www.yellowpages.com search for a local brewery.. call up and ask them for dextrose or cornstarch.. they usually have it but you have to buy it in bulk.. 10 lbs or what not..

actually 1fast400.com is the same exact price if you buy 5 2lb bags, its 10 bucks, but the shipping is a little cheaper. i like 1fast400 becuase i get it that same week if i order it on a tuesday say.

Health product stores sell dextrose and sometimes you can get it in grocery store though that's rare.

good ole splenda has dextrose. Just rip open 50 packets of that and pour it into your drink

i agree on kent nutrition. decided to go with them this time instead of 1fast400 for my dex. great ppl, great business, great product. AND there dex comes with a measuring scoop to measure out 10 grams of carbs. SWEET!

i just get it from my local brewery now.. they have it for about 60-70 cents per lb.. and no shipping cost or anything..
