one of the best ways to diet is acually eating more meals!! more but smaller meals a day will make your metabolism faster and therefore u will lose more weight! if you are getting your protein in then you wont loose much muscle. I generally advise against hardd dieting as in starving yourself...that ill only make you gain fat and feel weak.
Other general tips
-dont eat very late at night
-have breakfast!!
-stay hydrated
-avoid fast food, but if you have to then there are light choices in every fast food place these days.

Don't diet hard post cycle until you are fully recovered.
Read the cutting sticky on top of the diet forum. Some bros here have actually GAINED muscle while cutting, using these philosophies. Chemical-free, I might add.Quote:
