Bad bad bad. Increases your glucose level in your blood. But if by bigger you mean fatter than its good.
its not as bad as people say it is but you have better choices than bread. but if your bulking then by all means go ahead,
if u wanna do a clean bulk dont go with bread, use other things for your carbs
i really miss bread.

lol trust me i wont ive lost 15 lbs 5 weeks but been punishing myself with cardio... lifts have went down some .... probably 2 percent total volume.
