Cheat day for me is cheat DAY- although at the begining of my program I really cheated and almost tried to stuff as much crap in my body as I could now if I do that I feel like shit and my body screams WHAT ARE YOU DOING?? so I eat small cheat meals so instead of trying to finish the whole pizza myself I just have a peice or two or instead of the whole package of ice cream ill have a scoop or what ever

Actually I'm pretty good about watching what I eat during the week and limit the no, no's to only during the weekend. Either Sat. or Sunday depending on my schedule.

shit, i had my cheat day yesterday, i ate a whole damn pizza, then i felt crappy. I usually dont eat that bad on my cheat days. maybe jsut a few extra carbs, i went a little crazy yesterday .Usually i eat a chicken sandwich from wendys, they are the only fast food place here that uses real chicken breast. all the other places use compressed chicken meat that looks like a breast, but actually has like 30 grams of fat.
