Crystal Light
What do you guys think about crystal light, I like the lemonade and its only 5 calories per however many cups.. i sorta get tired of just drinking plain water, so i like to mix it up.. will this hurt or help me?

Everything in moderation, it won't hurt you.

I drink it enough... i like the pineapple juice....
However, the sugar-replacement is aspartame, and this has been suspected is helping to cause cancer...so...
So far, I know of no one having troubles...but, the rumours are there...

Good stuff, I drink too cause there is only so much plain water i can drink...
Also, I heard on the news a few months back that there was no evidence supporting the idea of aspertame causing cancer and it was officially removed for "the list" of possible cancer causing agents.- Sweat plus sacrifice equals success. - Charlie Finley

So in his mind, he'll get his 5 years outta me...eventually...
