so lets talk about our cheat meal planned for this weekend...
Breakfast- has to be a protein shake before my weekly meeting at work, but about 10am ill be hitting up Mick d's for the "Big breakfast" with eggs, pancakes, hash brown, bisquit, and sausage....tons of carbs...cant wait
Lunch...thinkin Quiznos b/c im craving bread like a mad man
Have yall seen the new taco bell "dollar" menu with the burritos and tacos and stuff on it...i think theres like 6-8 items or something...
think ill do thats for dinner...one of everything on the dollar menu, and then eat a bag of oreo's with some hood low fat milk later on for desert...
And of course shakes and portions chicken in between to make sure i get my protein in...
