my stats are currently 6'0- 6'1, i weight last time i checked about 186. I usually eat 2-3 cans of tuna and i will throw in a few chicken breasts or burgers i have that have about 39 grams of protein per burger. the question i have is how many carbs should i take in daily, i know PWO carbs is 2/1 ratio with protein...i also take in about 2 shakes of Nlarge2 daily...all together about 6 meals a day in total, sometimes 5 if i am busy throughout the day
