    low carb flax bread -- your take?

    Hey -- I wanted some opinions on this. I saw it at the supermarket and bought it. I figured if at worst, it'd be a cheat day bread.

    Low Carb Flax Bread:

    Serving Size 1 oz
    Servings per Bag -- 20 (approximately 12-15 slices in the bag)

    Calories - 50
    Total Fat - 1g
    Sodium 105 mg
    Potassium 60mg
    Total Carbs: 6 gm
    Dietary Fiber 2 gm, net Carb = 4 gm
    Protein = 4 gm

    Ingredients: Organic Whole Wheat, gluten, organic whole rye, wheat bran, flaxseed, water, yeast sea salt.

    The bread has a different consistency. It's very moist and breaks somewhat easily.

    Would this be OK on a cutting diet?

    I was wondering the same thing maybe the fat and protein labels are mixed up
    now I see it is one of the last ingriedients on the listing making it a minute amount. That is trickery by the producer it could only have 1 seed and they can call it "flax seed bread" its bull ****
