Hello everyone,
I'm looking to cut starting tomorrow. The plan is of course, 45-60 Minutes of cardio on an emtpy stomach at 70-75% of MHR. What's the amount of protein/carbs/fats you suggest for my first meal afterward?
And if any of you could, please give numbers you think are best for protein/carbs/fats for meals afterward. Here is my anticipated plan:
7AM - 8AM: Cardio
830AM: Meal #1 (Oatmeal?)
12PM: Meal #2
330PM: Meal #3
6PM: Meal #4
630PM: Train (1 Body Part per day)
9PM: Meal #5
Can anyone tell me if this is a decent plan ASAP? Also if you could give any tips on when to insert protein shakes, that would be great! Is it "Don't mix carbs/fat"? or "Don't mix carbs/protein?" I always get messed up there. If you couldn't tell, I'm very new! Thank you in advance.
