Critique my diet plan please
All right so the deal is, I am 6'4" 230# and probably 12-15% bf. I am looking to maitain muscle mass of course and lean up by about 4-6%. My diet looks like this:
PWO
60 g whey
60 g dextrose
60 g maltodextrose
2 shakes daily
1/2cup ground oatmeal
60 g whey
2 meals
1 chix breast
1/2 cup brown rice
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 meal
1/2 cup oatmeal
5 slices turkey
1 protein bar
Totals
370g protein
291 g carb
69 g fat
3254 calories
I work out in the morning and then do 35 mins cardio right after. I take an oatmeal/protein shake in the morning before workout and then right after cardio and a shower take the PWO shake. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks. MM

Id say your carbs are to high. Try less then 200g and see what that does for you. Also i wouldnt do cardio right after training. You dont wanna train then take pwo then do cardio then have ppwo that would defeat the whole purpose of the cardio. Do cardio first thing in the am then eat a pro/fat meal afterwards, and i wouldnt reccomend weightlifting until atleast 3 hours post cardio.

you have your meals layed out but it doesnt look like you have them in the order you eat them, which is important, try editing that sh!t and lay it out a bit better do. also everthing Nutz said with i agree also.
