    How are those cheat days goin???

    I had my first taste of Krispy Kremes this morning...ohh it was heaven

    those **** warm glazed ones are the shiznit!

    and hit up arbys for lunch...had the turkey and swiss on wheat, with curly fries...

    thinking Micky D's for dinner b/c those **** dbl chesse burgers and fries are callin my name...lol

    Ah well, tomorrow is mine, so I plan to eat burgers... I guess it's really not that bad, as it is still lean beef, but the buns are the killers...

    when I bulk my cheat days look like that but when I cut I just up my carbs during the day but keep it clean with oats,yams,pots, and rice.

    Hey I have been doing double the amount of cardio on my cheat days. Any of you do this or think its a good idea? I just get really paranoid when I have been eating clean and have a cheat day. Like most others once I let loose on a cheat day I cant stop. The extra cardio twice a day keeps me from really eating too much and maybe makes me feel less guilty.

    Same here brutha. Been dieting down over the last two months and just up until recently (in the last three wks), I started reserving my saturday's for all out junk load days. Today was my third "full" cheat day and I can honestly say it hasn't affected my progress one bit. Considering the fact I have a lot harder time cutting than putting on muscle, I'm loving the idea of binging all day long and not paying for it the following day. I say keep eating away on your cheat day man and don't look back. G/g...headed out for ice cream right now

    I went to the deep freeze in the garage to get more venison steaks or chicken, I forgot, and I saw a stack of Tombstone pizzas. All I could think of is cheat day tomorrow, and how Im gonna kill 2 or 3 four meat pies.

    today was pandamonium for me.....

    meal 1 was clean, some cream of wheat and eggwhites. After that all hell broke loose. Chickhen salad sandwhich, meatball sandwitch, cream cheese bagel, doughnuts, pastries, cookies, ham sandwitch, chips... thats all ive eaten so far today.

    lol...have done it that way for everymeal...but today i am just doing b/f lunch and dinner, and i had a shake and oil before breakfast, and 2 small chicken breasts at about 5pm, and a shake again about 10mins ago...but next in line is Mic D's i think...where ever princess wants to go

    Exclamation cheat

    hell last night i had an entire pepperoni pizza, 5 chocolate frosted donuts, and a box of jelly donut holes... this was all at 9:00.... earlier i had tuna, eggs, pwo shake, more tuna...and **** was that pizza good

    I've been cheating the past two weeks. Been on active duty orders so eat pretty much chow hall food every meal which is no good. I've tried keeping it clean as possible, but can only do so much. Also been eating MRE's which have 1200-1300 cals per meal. My diet has been SH!TTY!!!!!!!!!!!

    the weekend after next is mine and princesses aniversery so we will be going out for dinner that night to a surprise place...but food wont be so un-healthy, except drinks and dessert....

    and then no more cheating before the vacation...but when i come back ill start em up again
