Alright bro's and fellow female membersIm not a big veggie eater - never have been. Im going to be going on a cycle soon and im getting a little worried that what i want to eat isn't going to give me "Optimal" gains.
My main foods are going to be Chicken - beef - rice - potatos. I'm a very picky eater but these foods i do like and no matter how "boring" the diet is..... i can stick to it without a problem. Along with those foods - i'll be takin in whey protein shakes. The suppliments and everything i have covered..... I just want to make sure what im eating is ok....
Any opinions? Is there something that you feel i should be eating? While on cycle im going to try to throw in veggies and other foods - i guess it's a matter of getting my taste buds used to them.
