    sodium intake

    how much a day is ok, ive beenw orried becuase of all the franks red hot ive been using and the turkey ive been eating

    franks red hot is the shizzit! Too much sodium isnt too much of an issue as far as it hurting your BB as long as you are drinking enough water.
