Check out the sticky 'Cutting Primer' bro...
You will receive little compassion in this forum without having read it thoroughly...
It was well put together, and is used as a resource countless times.
Have a GOOD look through it, construct a solid diet, following what has been said, then come back and the gents will help you.
Don't feel bad either, I know very little about diet myself...

Good luck, and pleasant reading...![]()

Tons of good info at your fingertips to learn the most effective methods to lose weight. Research your heart out and come back to us with any questions.
How is this for a diet??
Workout: Cardio empty stomach.
Meal 1: Protien shake
Meal 2: eggs whites and oatmeal.
Meal 3: Turkey sandwich
Meal 4: Protien shake
Meal 5: steak, chicken, or fish with small salad or veggies.
Read that sticky again. You'll need an on/off day approach.
I got your p.m., and like I said it's best to post that outline you come up w/here for critique. The above is not good no.

CRANKED-food selection looks okay. However the amount of cals consumed, meal timing, macro breakdown, types of carbs, proteins, fats, and food combo's are most important. Honestly, its too hard for us to give solid customized advice on the board without knowing anything about you. Therefore, your best bet is to read as much info as you can in the diet forum and put up a detailed diet, including cals and all. Actually in my early days on AR, I spent a lot of time reading past posts of respected members. Reading all Swole's old posts in a good place to start. Good luck on your journey, Usualsuspect
