Ok im a bit confused read the cutting diet it says we should have cheat days ok so how long between each day? every week get 1 day? and in the sticky diet it says something about 6000 cals ... would this be ok as a cheat day?
Breakfast Peanut butter & jelly sandwich + milk
lunch fast food meal 600 cals like a big mac or a chicken fillet maybe 2 slices of pizza?
dinner another fast food meal or chinese ? rice with some chicken and stuff?
