Mayday Im Loosing Energy!

Hi, I am in desperate need of assistance in the energy department! Well here is my quick story…

I’ve been an avid gym junky for over 4 years now. I am 5’8” and when I started working out I was 230lbs, so I hit the gym for a year but was unhappy with my progress. At this time, ephedra started to become widely available, so naturally I took it. I lost mad weight and dropped down to 180lbs, was muscular and lean. My sessions were intense, hard, and energetic… ok flash forward…

I’ve been off ephedra (because I can’t get it legally) for over a year. I’ve gain some weight back, but that’s not my problem. My problem is energy and the pump in the gym! Ever since I’ve been off, my intensity has been declining. Now it’s to the point where I go half-ass and I miss the PUMP! I need help!

Is it mental? Or am I just nutrition deprived? How can I fix this? Do “ephedra free” products work?

Its mostly mental, if you need a quick energy fix take some caffieine and yes if your calorie deficit is too high you will be low on energy. IF you really think you need the ephedra to get some enegry itz sold legally as "ephedrine" as treatment for asthma.

Go to a local pharmacy and ask if they have "Bronkaid"...

you have to get in some caffeine or stuff like that..yohimbine or something when you get off the ephedra..if you cut everything away suddenly..you suffer from withdrawal symptoms..

Ehh.... I guess you could say they are related in a way, but clen is much stronger than ECA. Anyways, I don't know why anyone would want to use Clen for energy. It has the exact opposite effect on me. It makes me tired all the time and I shake for hours after taking it. If you don't take enough taurine you get massive cramps as well, but the $hit does work w/ proper diet/cardio.

Thanks all! I thought I might withdraw, but I didn't think it would be this long or this bad. I'll try your suggestions and see what happens. As far as caffiene, I tried drinking coffee, but it's too short lived and I heard coffee limits weight loss. Maybe a myth, but if there are any other suppliments to help, I'm up for any suggestions.

Don't know about coffee. But the caffeine in coffee increases lipolysis, thats why it is considered an ergogenic aid. Burn fats, spares glycogen, thus, enhancing endurance.

LMO-I was comparing Vasopro to Clen, not ECA. Unless Vasopro is an ECA stack?

hey bro..i don't know about the caffeine in coffee though..i think i read somewhere that caffeine from coffee proves no use as an ergogenic aid..anyone has any inputs on this?
