    Find out Body Fat %

    how can you figure out bf %. is their like a formula or something, or is their like a scale that does it for you?

    there are many methods. do a search there's a few threads I beleive that explain them all.

    no bro I was talking about the 'bodpod.' I'd rather just go get someone to measure me than have that peice shipped to my house.

    Search whats the best way to measure BF is.. go back to the site read.. Make sure what your understand then call and ask where the nearest place is.. wait you know what clippers are more accuret or better yet the scale!@#

    I got one of those Body Fat scales (hey I was buying a new scale and my BF wanted one with body fat measurement even though i told him how inaccurate it was, but hey hes overweight and in denial about it so i though it would be good enough to show him that he really is overweight). Anyways, those things are WAY off. One day it will be within 1% then next thing you know it can be over 5% off... calipers are much more accurate, don't waste money on one of those scales.

    It seems to be pretty accurate. I dont know anyone with the calipers so i dont really have anything to judge it against.

    talk to the staff at your gym. most gyms have them if you ask.
