I dont do a lot of shopping so this will prolly be a stupid question..
here goes
Do they sell just egg whites like in a box or somethin like that
and if so Howmany are equal to say 8 egg whites from the actuall eggs
dows this make sense??

Same here. It looks like a little milk carton "egg whites" on the front with a pouring spout. The exact measurments are printed on the carton.

just buy the store brand. check the labels to make sure everythign is the same but i shop at harris teeter and their brand is like .50 cents cheaper with the same values
