Ok lets give this a shot. I am 5'8" 200lbs. and i need to lose fat and weight.
7am: cardio
"take ur pro/fat meal 15min after cardio (~08:00) "
10am: 6 egg whites 2 whole
"Make it 8 egg whites/2 yolks"
12pm: Protien shake, 1tbls. Flax
"Good"
2pm: 1 can tuna w/full fat mayo
"wash the tuna to reduce sodium.Try better source of fat like oliver oil"
5pm: 6oz. chicken breast, 8 asparagus
"try to add a little pit more veggies like a small green salad whith the asparagus or add some broccoli, ect"
8pm: Protien shake, 1 tbls. Flax
"Good"
Please help to see if this is right!!
Also should I take B-12 along with a multi-vit.??
And can I take a thermogenic??
