I started working out with my little brother,14yrs old, about 4 months ago. Hes 5'6 205 pounds. Hes strong for his age. has a 275bench 400 dead and haven't had him squat to heavy yet. He wants to start up on a diet and I'm not sure of what all he should eat overall. Should he just eat the same food that I eat or should he have more carbs or... I don't really know. His goal is to get down to about 185. He wants to bring out some definition.
