Final revised cutting diet
I'm 24 years old 6' 215 with a little gut that I'm trying to lose. Lifting 4 days a week and doing cardio 5 days a week.
Cardio 5 am (m-f)
Breakfast 6:15 am
5 hardboiled eggs (3 w/yolks, 2 whites) CARDIO DAYS
5 egg whites and 1/2 cup of oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon NON CARDIO DAYS
cup of green tea with splenda and a little milk
multi vit, 500 mg vit c, 10 g of creatine (days I don't lift)
Brunch 8:30 am
Whey protein shake (1 scoop 27.5 g of protein with 1 tbsp of Flax)
Lunch 10:30 am
1 4oz chicken breasts with pepper and salsa
2 tbsp of natty pb
Snack 1:30 pm
56 g of albacore tuna with full fat mayo
500 mg vit c
Dinner 3:30 pm
steak with pepper
Lift (m,t,th,f)
Post Workout 5:30 pm
IMMEDIATLY AFTER MY LAST SET
Whey protein shake (55g of protein, 7 g of carbs) mixed with 110 g of Dextrose
Post-Post Workout 6:15 pm
1 4oz chicken breasts with pepper and salsa
baked potato with pepper
500 mg vit c, 10 g of creatine (days I lift)
Evening Meal (days I don't lift in place of PPWO meal) 6:15 pm
1 4oz chicken breasts with pepper and salsa
2 tbsp of natty pb
500 mg vit c
Bedtime meal 8:30 pm
Pro Blend 55 shake with 1 tbsp of flax
9:00 pm
Sleep

I remember when I first started posting here. Oh the crazy ideas and diets I had in mind! I like to think I learned alot.

On a serious note, I think I'm gonna drop the glutamine and glucosamine.
I don't have joint problems so I don't need the glucosamine. If I ever start to develop joint problems, I'll be sure to add it.
And my creatine and protein shakes both contain glutamine so I'd be wasting my money if I added glutamine.
I might even go one step further and drop the creatine seeing I'm trying to lose some body fat. Even though the creatine I use has only 1g of carbs in it.Last edited by Aggression; 08-11-2004 at 09:58 PM.
