Flax Seed Amounts?

Hey Fella's Just curious, I pickde up some flax seed in pill form and was wondering how much to take? It is 1000 mcg per pill and I think it has some ala in it. thanks for any help guys. Oh and also can I get dextrose at any Nutrotion store? And then you take 90 grams PWO right? Thanks agian guys

I think I meant 1000 mg And I just read another thread that said the pills are no good...is this true fellas?

pills arenot 'nogood' its just that you gotta take alot for it to work, i think it came to 42 pills, other thread is very new

I have the flax pills too, they were buy one get one free. One tablespoon of liquid gives you 14g, one 1000mg pill gives you 1g. Liquid probably be a better bet but I take at least 5 or 6 pills at once before bed. Dex can be purchased at several nutrition stores, I would order it online, probably much cheaper along with other stuff cheaper.
