    cheating in a diet

    Hi,

    I've tried rambo bulking diet for a week. Now I'll have to cheat but I haven't understood what I should do. Is it one whole day a week ? just one meal a week ? Cheating on a cutting diet is easy, but on a bulking diet ! Should I eat even more calories ? Should I mix carbs and fat ?

    Cheating means cheating. Go to McD's and blaze the dollar menu till you puke. Order Pizza Slut and pound a big newyorker yourself. Hit up KFC and destroy a 12pc bucket. Oh man Im hungry.

    I'm not him.. but if you're cutting seriously for example.... some will say one meal..(and not all-out ridiculous either)....

    I personally cheat on 2 meals, one day a week... but that's just me

    i cheat every saturday for half a day and then eat pro/fat meals for the rest of the day.
