Would it be beneficial if I added two cheat meals a week, 1 on fri. 1 on sat. or would it be wise if I stayed TOTALLY free of cheat meals for a couple months until I get to a comfortable weight. I'm 24 6' 215 with alot of bodyfat I wanna lose.
Also if I was gonna cheat on fri and sat, what meals should I cheat on?
And one last thing, what is the benefit of having a couple cheat meals a week? I mean besides keeping from going crazy! Does having a cheat meal or two a week help your metabolism or something. I've done a search and I get conflicting opinions from all the posts I read.
