Hows this diet look
Lookin to bulk on this diet without putting on too much fat. im 5'10 12%bf
7am:6egg whites 1 cup oatmeal 1scoop protein
930am:8 oz chicken breast 1tablespoon EFA
noon: 1.5cans tuna 2tablespoon low fat mayo salad
3pm:8oz ground turkey 1 tables spoon EFA
530pm:2 scoop protein 2 tablespoon natty peanut butter
630 /7pm: workout
830pm: PWO 2scoop protein 80g carbo gain
1030pm:PPWO 8oz chicken 1 cup whole grain pasta

Looks decent to me........ might want to switch to dextrose PWO but all in all it looks good. Also you might want to add in one more meal.....JMO

Use full fat mayo with your tuna. Use dextrose PWO. Also, before you go to bed I would have a protein shake with a tbsp of flax or another EFA.

Depending on your metabolism and fuel base of choice, you may find that you can have more clean carb/lean protein meals over the course of the day, and less protein/fat offerings.
Both approaches are utilized by many.

Yes, for the most part that is true. You'll need carbs for the energy portion of those workouts and for recovery for sure though.
