I have a few questions on dieting , i have read the other posts and have done searches but i have found many contradicting opinions. Anyway I have grabbed some liquid clen and just want to lose some of the fat that I have put on.
My stats are
184cm
90kg
Id be around 16% bf
As alot of you are experienced in dieting your opinions would be greatly appreciated this is the diet i was going to do but as i said i have no idea so please crtique
AM CARDIO 45min
Take x mcg of Clen
Meal 1:6 eggwhites and oates(i dont know how much could some1 say what would be optimal)
Meal 2: Protein shake
Meal 3: Chicken breast and cup of veggies
WORKOUT
Meal 4: Protein shake
Meal 5: Chicken breast , cup of veggies and salad
Meal 6: Protein shake

I will be having a ****load of water and the salad is not gonig to have a dressing other than lemon juice.
Does this diet seem ok , or am i way off like i suspect i am lol
