Help please. Recovering from hershey squirts?
OK it's been like 12 hours since my last attack. I ate a bowl of beef broth.
Been drinking Gatorade and water. Going to eat more beef broth at 8pm.
How soon can I eat saltine crackers? I bought the unsalted tops.
Can I eat live culture yogurt at midnight when I get home from work? Or should I wait until morning?
I skipped the Back and Bi routine I was supposed to have at the gym today. Sucks, because I was going to start the weight gainer and creatine mass program this week.

Thanks. Well, I'm going to try crackers tonight. Just five. Then crash out. Rice in the morning. Vegi soup and rice for lunch.

Well, I binged and ate a whole plastic bag of crackers. You know how some boxes have four plastic bags of crackers? Well, I ate a whole bag with cottage cheese. I ate instant banana flavored oatmeal for breakfast.
