1. After trainin, you are allowed (or better yet you have to) eat fast actin carbs with your protein (also fast actin, like whey, not es, or cottae cheese). Basically you can eat the fast actin carbs only after your trainin session coz otherwise thea would be stored as fat. What would ood sources of these carbs be? Bananas.....what else?
2. Don't ask me why but I can't buy oatmeal where I live!What would be another ood source of slow actin carbd for breakfast (since I can't eat potatoes or rice in the mornin, that would just be awfull)
