that makes no sence IMO. maybe if you take it with 8 scoops of cell tech it will work

i think they said mix some mct's with coffee..well..MAGAZINES...
dont really know the answer to this, but the creators of muscle and fitness basically started modern day body building, so there may be some sense to what they say. on the other hand, after years of publishing a magazine, you have to find fillers to complete the issues so who knows.
Maybe pop a couple of Flax caps along with your ECY stack before your morning cardio empty stomach......I don't know, Im just free stylin....Swole or LeanMeOut...wat do u think????
It won't cause an insulin spike, no, but it's not going to spare any muscle or encourage fat to be lost any quicker in this cardio session to come. I really don't see a need for it at all, no.
