    Cuttin Diet what do ya think

    Right now im at 203lbs. age 31 6ft. 13%bf and I wanna take my diet to another level. Im going try this cutting diet. How does it look im going to try it for 2 weeks if I see improvment fine if not im going to decrease my calorie intake by 25%. Hows this sound???

    Not bad, but you may wish to check the cutting sticky above for additional guidance/suggestions. There are some differences there that may just be what's needed to make it work that much better.

    Drop the skim milk from your breakfast and last meal and add some other forum of lean protein and it looks good to me

    All right try to keep the same count as the milk though right so go with like 4 slices of turkey or something like that insted of the milk yeah?
