oguys for the last two weeks my diets went down the drain. but have to get my **** together. my body fat has not gone up during this two weeks dont know why.

cardio 5 times a week at 60-75 max heart rate
meal 1/ 8eight whites 10ml flax seed oil
meal 2. 5oz chicken half cup oats
meal 3/ 5oz chicken 10ml olive oil

pwo 40 whey 80dextrose
meal 5/ 5oz chicken one medium patatoe or oats again
meal6/ 5oz chicken 10ml flax seed oil medium salad
want to do it really stict need to get in the best shape of my life going away with this new girl i met. she is a bit older than me. an she is taking me on a holiday an i pay nothing cool heyi have about one month 15days.
i just want to get down to about 12-13 percent body fat an i am sure i can do it.
